I bought this product specifically to help with my gut health. I am a woman in my early 30's and have been struggling with gut issues as of recent. I got this in and fixed it with milk and it taste great. I stirred mine with a spoon and it mixed into the milk very well with no clumping. Colostrum is really good for you and this is a great to add to your diet. Also keep in mind to mix it with something cold because it does say it can reduce the effectiveness if you mix it with something hot.

I’ve known about the benefits of colostrum for a while, however, it’s been in relation to newborns. I never realized there was a supplement containing colostrum until I tried it a few months ago. This MyGloh is grass fed bovine colostrum, not anything of the human persuasion. There are several benefits which include immune support and improved digestive health.
There’s a small scoop inside the canister which will provide a 3.50-gram serving. There are a full 30 servings, which is great. The canister was sealed well, which is a must for any and all supplements There’s a lot number and manufacturing date imprinted on the bottom of the canister. The colostrum was clean and there was no clumping.
As mentioned, there are several benefits to using colostrum. For one thing, it’s a very nutrient-rich, immune-boosting product. Just how well it will work for anyone is up for debate.
